Terms and Conditions

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
You must treat your Gift Certificate as cash as they will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift Certificates can only be redeemed to the value of the service or package and cannot be used to redeem products or purchase a Gift Certificate.

Promotional and Marketing Cards

Promotional and Marketing Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
Promotional and Marketing Cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Expired Promotional and Marketing Cards will not be accepted.
Expiry dates may vary with discounts, Promotional or Marketing Cards.
Promotional and Marketing cards that are only for a specific service or discount cannot be changed or altered.
Only one discount, Promotional or Marketing card can be redeemed per person, per visit. Multiple discounts cannot be applied per visit.

Services

All prices are from and an exact quote will be given to you upon consultation.
All colours are regrowth only, depending on length and colour you may need a toner/extra application added on to your service.
All services include a complimentary consultation.
We reserve the right to change or alter our prices at any time without notification.
We will always do our best to run on time. Arriving late to your appointment may result in a change service. The time allocated cannot be extended when you are running late if the stylist is booked out.

Refunds and Returns

No refunds will be given on services. If you are unhappy with your hair please contact one of our friendly staff members within 48 hours of your service so that we can arrange to rectify the service.
No refunds and/or returns on products will be accepted for change of mind.

Please note: Due to Health reasons hair products can not be returned once opened
